Freya and Michelle – disability support

Freya and Michelle

Freya is Michelle’s disability support worker and best friend. They have built an amazing professional and personal relationship, enriching each other’s lives. They share a love for shoes.

Michelle:

Hi.

Is that alright.

I remember I got a call.

And it was Freya.

So, I decided to take a chance.

And it was one of the best things I've ever done in my life.

She is caring. Quirky. She has a really big heart.

And she only ever wants the best for me.

Freya:

Uh, working with Michelle has taught me that it's the simple things that carry the most weight.

She just attacks everything with this... from a great perspective.

She's got a great intelligence, she's got a wicked sense of humour.

She taught me to enjoy life again.

Yeah. You give my life meaning.

So, there you go, babe.

Michelle:

We just have a whole lot of fun.

And we get each other.

Photographer voiceover:

Beautiful.

Michelle:

Yeah.

Photographer voiceover:

Thanks, guys.

Freya:

I hope so. (LAUGHS)
