Sarah is a counsellor providing care and support services to veterans and their families. Using her qualifications, Sarah provides the support they need to transition back into civilian life. Sarah thrives in the role as she has a desire to genuinely connect with people.

Supporting and caring for people runs in the family for Lynne. She has enjoyed a long career in disability support, aged care and veterans’ support. Lynne is now responsible for pairing older people with aged care workers who can support their needs and help them achieve their goals.
